benfoxai.com is a plain website. It sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Like almost every site, it sits behind Cloudflare, which briefly logs the address your connection comes from to block attacks. I do not see or keep those logs.
The chat assistant in the corner is AskWidget, a product I built. If you use it, these things are collected:
Your messages are sent to Anthropic's Claude to generate each answer. Under Anthropic's terms, what you type is not used to train their models. Transcripts are stored on servers I control and I can read them, which is how I follow up with people who ask for it. Contact details you leave are emailed to me and stored as a lead. Nothing is sold or shared with advertisers.
The widget keeps a short session marker in your browser so a conversation can continue across messages. It disappears when you close the tab. AskWidget's own policy has the full detail: ask-widget.com/privacy.
If you email me, I keep the email. That is the whole story.
Health information, passwords, card numbers, or anything you would not put in an ordinary email. The chat is for questions about the work I do.
Ask me to delete a chat transcript, a lead, or an email thread and I will. Send the request to [email protected] with roughly when you were in touch, and I will confirm when it is done.
This site is for business owners and is not aimed at anyone under 13. I do not knowingly collect information from children.
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
